Injury Rehabilitation

Important News

In the next few weeks Sutton Sports Injury and Physio Clinic will be changing its name to MSO Physio.

This is part of an overall re-branding and updating of the company and website but there will be no change to the team or to the great care that our clients have come to expect. In short, although the name is changing you can expect the same level of expertise, professionalism and client-focused care that we are proud to offer.

The reason for the change is to allow for expansion of the business to multiple locations over time and to bring the two current clinics in Sutton and Woking together under one name – MSO Physio.

There will be a brand new website – – with online booking capability and loads of information for clients and referrers alike.

Part of the fundamental role of a physiotherapist is rehabilitation.

This may be postural rehabilitation to correct aches and pains due to repetitive activities at work, high level sports rehabilitation to return to activity after injury or for the purposes of prevention.

The team at Sutton Sports Injury and Physio Clinic have highly advanced skills in rehabilitation and whether you are recovering from orthopaedic surgery or needing a new physical programme to correct biomechanic abnormalties or push sporting performance, we can help you. We have our own dedicated rehab studio and access to full on-site gym facilities to ensure that we can develop the right programme for you.

The team at Sutton Sports Injury and Physio Clinic use many skills with rehabilitation and these range from Pilates type core stability training, Yoga type work for mobility and flexibility through to strength and conditioning training plus corrective exercises.  An indepth knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology and the body’s response to physical exercise helps the team to develop individualised programmes aimed at correcting the root cause of a problem and therefore not just treating short-term symptoms but effecting long-term improvement for problems that have often been present for lengthy periods.

The team can adapt their programmes to incorporate gym equipment or if you are not a gym person then simple equipment can be used such as resistance bands, swiss balls and bodyweight exercises to ensure that all clients can achieve their potential.  Sutton Sports Injury and Physio Clinic also use Compex muscle stimulators to maximise muscle recovery and strength with rehabilitation and also EMG biofeedback technology to enhance and educate during exercise to get the best results.

We have experience with elite level athletes as well as the general public and be rest assured that when you see us as a client you will have some rehab to do.

If you wish to book an appointment please call the clinic on 020 8254 2150/020 8644 6566 or email
